Postage and Packing

Our genuine Panama Hats are shipped in protective cardboard boxes to ensure they arrive undamaged and in perfect condition.

Orders are normally despatched within 48 hours (2 working days) and are sent by Royal Mail. All items, unless specified at the point of ordering, are sent with a standard delivery at the cost of £5.00.

At the Panama Hat Company, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and efficiency. All orders are despatched as quickly as possible – however there may be circumstances beyond our control where delivery times may be longer than anticipated, such as bad weather or industrial action.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is charged as follows:

• UK Standard delivery (signed for) £5.00
• UK Special Delivery (next day signed for) £9.00
• Europe (AirSure® Airmail) £12.00
• International (signed for) £16.00

Delivery Times

UK Standard delivery (signed for) -  Standard delivery normally takes between 2-5 working days. A signature maybe required upon delivery.

UK Special Delivery (next day signed)- Please ensure you order before 2pm Monday – Thursday if you want your order the next day. A signature maybe required upon delivery. Please note that a next day delivery over a bank holiday weekend may not be possible and that we are also unable to guarantee a next day Saturday delivery. 

Europe (Air Mail) - This can take between 5 -10 working days. 

International (signed for) - Please allow 10-15 days for delivery.  A signature maybe required upon delivery.

Christmas Delivery Times 2011

To avoid any disappointment, the last Christmas postal delivery dates for orders required before 25th December, as advised by The Royal Mail are below.  If you want a guaranteed delivery or are in any doubt, we would suggest you choose the Special Delivery option on ordering. UK Standard delivery (signed for) -  Monday 19th December

UK Special delivery (signed for) -  Wednesday 21st December

Airsure (signed for) -  Western Europe: Monday 12th December

                                    Eastern Europe, USA and Canada: Friday 9th December

                                    Rest of World: Monday 5th December

Tracking your order

To track your order, you can simply log into your account and select your order number to see the status of your order. It will either be in progress or despatched.
