Christmas Delivery Times 2011

As all our orders are shipped using Royal Mail signed for delivery as standard. 

In order to avoid any disappointment, the last Christmas postal delivery dates for orders required before 25th December, as advised by The Royal Mail, are below: 

UK Standard delivery (signed for) -  Monday 19th December

UK Special delivery (signed for) -  Wednesday 21st December

Airsure (signed for) -  Western Europe: Monday 12th December

                                    Eastern Europe, USA and Canada: Friday 9th December

                                    Rest of World: Monday 5th December

Extended Christmas Returns Policy

We've specially extended our returns period for the Christmas season. Items purchased from www.panamahats.co.uk and dispatched during the period from November 1st, 2011 to December 25th, 2011 inclusive may be returned at any time before midnight on January 31st, 2012. Our returns policy will revert to the standard 14-day period for items purchased after December 25th, 2011.

Gift Wrap

Whether you are hand-delivering the gift or want us to send the hat to the recipient for you, we can save you the often tricky task of wrapping a hat!

You can choose from a standard or Christmas gift wrap, which comes with a small message card which can be written out for you or left blank for you to fill in.

This can be selected and personalised at the point of adding the item to your shopping cart at an additional cost of £3.00.
